The Position:

We're looking for full or part time Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain full-charge financial data for multiple clients
• Work in a paperless environment
• Prepare and reconcile customer billings
• Reconcile and pay vendor invoices
• Maintain and post AR, AP, and GL
• Review and reconcile payroll service provider reports
• Assist clients with QuickBooks set up and maintenance
• Occasional work at our client's offices around Vermont
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Develop trust and reliability with GDP team and clients
• Take ownership and pride in work and strive for the highest quality results
• Take on direct client responsibility
• For the right candidate, opportunity to assist with tax return preparation

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
• Proficient use of computers and technology including Microsoft Office products
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
