Job description

The position would involve providing bookkeeping services for a major client within an accounting firm. The candidate would track the receipt of revenues in an excel spreadsheet, reconciling this data, reporting any problems, record vendor invoices into Quickbooks, then print checks for the vendors from Quickbooks, complete Record Keeping for this client and other bookkeeping/administrative tasks for the client such as reporting information for Unemployment Claims and assisting with Health Insurance signups. Some experience and proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel is required but we are also willing to train the right person as long as they have some familiarity with Quickbooks and Excel. The candidate should be very organized and detailed orientated.
This position is in a very friendly and small office setting in Wall Twp/Sea Girt.
The hours and schedule would be Monday through Friday 9 - 2 (25 hours per week), we can be somewhat flexible if need be.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
