A Pikesville, Maryland based company is currently accepting applicants for a
Payroll / Accounting Clerk position. A description of the position duties includes the following:

*Code, match, and enter all incoming AP invoices.

*Process employee expense reimbursements.

*Prepare check register, print AP checks, match checks to supporting invoices and forward signature then mail checks and file all other documents

*Reconcile credit cards monthly

* Process weekly payroll including employee benefit deductions.

* Answer telephone calls and provide assistance to callers.

* Maintain excel spreadsheets as requested by management.

* Maintain health and dental insurance records for employees.

The candidate should possess the following skills and be prepared for the work requirements as listed below:

* Available to work Full Time Monday thru Friday in the office.

* Completed a High school diploma or some college education.

* Acquired proficiency with ADP Payroll Programs, Microsoft Excel, and MAS 90.

* Possess 5+ years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is required.

* Must accept absolute adherence to strict confidentiality and privacy considerations.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
