Gateway Auto is currently hiring for the position of Body Shop Foreman Assistant in La Vista, Nebraska.

About Us:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Primary Responsibilities:
- As a foreman, you will help to oversee and assist in the entire repair process, helping technicians succeed, from parts ordering/returns and supplement/estimate writing to overseeing quality assurance and control.
- You help keep the shop flowing smoothly by using your industry knowledge and experience to assist in making sure our team is productive, high quality, efficient, and reducing the backlog.
- Manage quality assurance and control throughout the repair process. Ensuring the vehicle is 100% to our standards, and ready for customer pickup to maintain excellent CSI scores. We strive for 10/10.
Required Qualifications:
- Must know core body and collision repair processes, minimum 2 years hands-on repair experience
- Must demonstrate qualifying estimating/supplement capabilities, minimum 2 years of shop estimating experience
- Ability to use mobile apps, conduct proper emails
- Familiar with digital estimating software, CCC One, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- I-Car Certifications are highly preferred - but will be provided if not present.
- Previous experience working with production schedules, parts ordering
- DRP experience
- More practical experience the better.
- Enthusiasm to learn and explore new technologies and their business value through research and development.
