Goodhue Boat Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their Sales Department at their Wolfeboro location. If you have a passion for sales, are self-driven, a great leader and mentor and love boats, you may be a great fit for this position.

Qualifications:

· Must have 3+ years of sales management experience in the boating, automotive or recreational craft industry.

· Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.

· Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

· Experience using a CRM or Lightspeed EVO to manage the sales process and forecast sales, required.

· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.

· Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.

· Ability to guide and mentor sales professionals on your team.

· Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced time management skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Must have a valid driver's license.

· Boater’s license, a must.

· Ability to drive pontoon, bowrider and surf boats.

· Knowledge of Mastercraft, Sylvain, Chapparal, Bennington, and Cobalt boats, a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing sales promotions and campaigns.

· Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.

· Directing and coordinating all sales activities.

· Ensuring that all sales professionals receive updated training and product information.

· Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.

· Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.

· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.

· Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.

· Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

· Setting sales quotas and goals.

· Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.

· Other duties as needed.

Education:

· Minimum of High School degree or equivalent

Salary:

· Base + quarterly bonuses, based upon experience.

Schedule:

· Off Peak Season: Monday- Friday

· Peak Season: Monday-Friday, weekends (5-Day Workweek)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
