What we are looking for from you:

  • BCBA. Masters degree and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required.
  • Commitment to children. Develop and implement treatment plans to teach communication and social skills that are socially valid to children and their families
  • Compassionate care. We value clinical strategies such as Skills based Training and Safety Care to foster a positive environment for children.
  • Assessment administration. Competency or willingness to learn a variety of assessment tools including the VBMAPP, EFL, Socially Savvy and PFA
  • Community. Contribute to our positive, fun work environment, guiding RBTs in their work while positively reinforcing them for their efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,096.00 - $75,088.00 per year
