POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for Licensed BCBA’s to join our multidisciplinary team in providing services for children, adolescents and young adults with ASD, behavioral, emotional, and/or developmental disabilities under contracts with the Hawaii Department of Education, Early Intervention Services (0-3), Developmental Disabilities Division, and private insurance companies throughout the State of Hawaii.
Location: We have openings in multiple locations across Hawaii (Oahu, Big Island, Kauai, Maui).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans
- Conduct FBA and skill-based assessments
- Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements
- Identify barriers to discharge during initial assessment and ongoing interactions with the client and family
- Evaluate, establish, and maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies and other resources
- Provide supervision and supports to RBT’s
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified BCBA in good standing
- Experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism
- Ability to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise teams members
- Ability to make clinical decisions independently and apply clinical judgment to formulate best practices in quality of care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
