Responsibilities:
The role of a Blender is to ensure that the product being mixed corresponds with the formula that is being produced. It is also the employee’s responsibility to supply/track the raw material flow to the production staff.
Essential Job Functions:
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Ability to operate a forklift and complete required training
- Maintain all associated written reports
- Ability to weigh / record material accurately
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, climb, carry, drive, and/or walk for up to 12-hour shifts, as schedule demands
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, with repetition
- Ability to produce 64 to 80 batches per shift with accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
