Position Summary

Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by verifying bingo prize payouts and maintaining the pace of bingo games.

Essential Functions

• Maintains banks, collects monies, verifies prize payouts, and balances entire session.
• Calls and maintains pace of bingo games.
• Verifies prize payouts and distributes money to individual agents.
• Collects admissions and agents’ money and integrates into own bank.
• Issues papers to agents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Introduces bingo games. Provides information regarding games, rules, prizes, etc.
• Operates electronic bingo equipment, performs general equipment maintenance, and reports malfunctions.
• Identifies irregularities in play and notifies supervisor.
• Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds customer service standards.
• Maintains general appearance of Bingo area.
• Receives complaints/compliments and reports to supervisor.
• Creates and maintains files.
• Inventories pets, programs, coupons, general office supplies, and processes requisitions to supply such
• Schedules and tracks benefit information and initiate check proceedings.
• Answers telephone and gives information to callers.
• Records minutes of staff meetings.
• Prepares outgoing mail in answer to information requests.
• Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards
• Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs and services.
• Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience

One year cash handling or sales experience

Bingo experience preferred

Certificates & Licenses

Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
