Tueller Counseling Services
We are dedicated to assisting individuals and families in overcoming struggles, increasing independence, and building positive relationships. At Tueller Counseling, competent professionals work together in providing guidance, support, and skills training to clients to ensure recovery and resiliency. These services enable individuals and families to build and sustain productive, meaningful, and happy lives.
Purpose: Work as a team to ensure the billing is completed efficiently and accurately by; participating in training and acting as a support for Counselors, Community Workers, and Office Staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Medical Billing Experience (at least 1 year)
- Claim Denial Resolution Experience
- High School education
- Knowledge of EHR, EMR, and PM systems
- Knowledge of various insurance companies' rules, policies, and requirements
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Excellent customer service and documentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Claims A/R, denial resolution and appeals
- Insurance Verifications
- Posting payments, sending monthly statements, working returned mail & A/R follow up before accounts are sent to collections.
- Initiating client and insurance refunds as needed.
- Insurance credentialing and contracting.
- Be able to work as a team and answer questions from co-workers and clients in a timely manner.

Salary Range:
$17/hr-$20/hr
