Major Position Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Management Service accounts
• Reconcile and audit invoices
• Verify timecards for accuracy
• Utilize various systems to ensure accuracy in bill rates
• Handle discrepancies and/or disputes
• Learn all Vendor Management Systems and Managed Service Program systems to ensure proper invoicing
• Maintain consistent follow-up standard with internal and external contacts to minimize loss and uncollectable receivables.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform basic business math functions with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to support inquiries concerning invoices or bill processes.
• Proficient in general Information Technology
• Detailed oriented and skilled in organizing tasks and prioritizing deadline
• Intermediate and above experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in billing or payroll preferred
• Prior experience working in an office setting/environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
