STAFF CHEX is currently recruiting for a BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK for one of our Clients warehouses. At least 6 months of prior Customer Service experience.
BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK SCHEDULE:
MONDAY-FRIDAY (SOME SATURDAYS)
BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK HOURS:
4PM-12:30AM
BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK PAY RATE:
$16.00/HR

BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to Drivers and Carriers.
- Resolve Driver and Carrier issues
- Assist in resolving issues for Drivers and Carriers
- Handle Driver BOL's
- Ensure all BOL's are given to appropriate Driver
- Schedule appointments for Carriers as required by the Customer
- Send E-mail correspondence to Carriers
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Maintain daily reports, procedures, and documentation
- Be compliant with all company regulations and operating procedures
BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WINDOW CLERK JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
- Flexibility if overtime is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Willingness to sit for long periods of time in front of a screen
- Reliable transportation
- Two Valid forms of ID
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong focusing skills and attention to detail
- Professional, Respectful, and extremely RELIABLE
- Detail Oriented
- High level of maturity
