The Bilingual Staffing Supervisor is responsible for the full employment life cycle of temporary employees, from sourcing and recruiting candidates to managing employee relations and making employment decisions. Excellent customer service, sound decision making, personal drive, and a passion for helping others succeed are a must in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through referrals, job fairs, job boards, community sources, networking, social media, and other creative avenues

Work closely with client contacts to fully understand the hiring needs of positions being filled

Interview and thoroughly screen candidates for potential job fit

Assess candidate pool and determine which candidates are the best fit, based on the job requirements and client’s hiring needs

Maintain effective communication with candidates and employees through each phase of the recruiting and employment cycle

Provide effective feedback, coaching and counseling to ensure an employee’s success

Proactively exercise a sense of urgency to fill job orders with quality candidates

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong working relationships with clients and employees

Express care and concern for employee’s success, safety, and well-being - our employees care when they know we care.

Ensure operational excellence - maintain compliance with all contractual requirements, state and federal regulations, and BelFlex policies and procedures

Tour client sites, attend customer meetings and sales calls, implement policies, procedures, and training, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma required
• Experience: Minimum of Two (2) Years Staffing or Office Management Experience Preferred
• Ability to think and operate independently, analyze situations, take initiative, and solve problems effectively
• Excellent and professional written/oral communication skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Possess an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude
• Have a willingness to learn and a drive for personal excellence
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
