Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Field Engagement Coordinator responsible for assisting with field recruiting, increasing patient referrals, maintaining relationships with referral resources, and fostering partnerships within the local community they serve. You will report to the Branch Manager.

You will...

• Partner with branch leadership to determine staffing needs; assist in developing specific recruiting plans.
• Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with referral sources as directed by local leadership to provide information on agency services and programs to market and sell home care services.
• Use company collateral materials to promote business opportunities and/or increase applicant flow in person or virtually.
• Partner and maintain positive relationships with outside entities such as colleges, trade schools, and associations.
• Place calls to organizations, businesses, and referral sources to promote the branch and schedule and participate in lunch and learns as appropriate.
• Partner with corporate recruiters to advise on traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Assist with a screening of resumes, interview candidates (by telephone or in-person), and make recommendations on candidates to continue with the onboarding process.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of job responsibilities maintaining compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $17.00-$23.00/Hourly
