This job is located in Lytle, TX which is a short 15 minute scenic drive south of San Antonio. The scheduler plays a vital part of the company as they are the first point of contact. Responsibility include the following…

· Answering phone and transferring calls accordingly
· Scheduling appointments for all practices appropriately
· Confirming appointments as needed
· Contacting patients who missed their appointment or are due for their regular checkup.
· Check Medicaid assignments
· Checking schedule for practices in advance for schedule changes and patients not on the schedule
· Other duties as assigned

Must be able to…
- Communicate effectively with all offices and personnel
- Re-direct calls appropriately
- Demonstrate excellent phone skills/etiquette
- Self Motivated
- Goal Oriented
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Work on Saturdays once a month 9 to 1
- Be present with Great Attendance and Punctuality
