Hawkins Personnel Group is seeking a recruiter to source candidates for local manufacturing companies in New Braunfels. We are looking for someone that is detailed oriented, can work with a diverse group of applicants and clients, maintain a professional demeanor and work hard to make sure our employees are successful. Your job responsibilities would include the following:
Responsibilities
- Reviewing applications
- Recruiting candidates using job boards, TWC, Schools, & company website
- Processing applicants paperwork and documenting each step of the application process
- Administering evaluations written and online
- Administering and reviewing policies and procedures
- Detailed interview/screening to match employee & client requirements for successful placements
- Professionally following through with employee and clients regarding resumes and the status of open orders

- Creating resumes
- Completing on-boarding paperwork, orientation, tours of client facilities, and client meetings
- Maintaining customer on-boarding paperwork and completing self-audits
- Coaching and counseling employees
- Prepare employees for a successful job interview
- Maintain contact with employees and clients to ensure successful placements have been made
- Maintain employee's files
- Maintain office and workspace creating a professional work environment for co-workers and applicants
- Requirements
- Associates degree or experience in staffing industry preferred.
- Typing 50WPM
- MS Office Suite
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Avionte software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
