TempExperts is hiring for a Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a thriving Oldsmar company.

This employee will assist internal team members and external clients/residents by providing the following:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Organize and schedule appointments for the company.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Provide broad support to all visitors.
  • Function as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Proven experience in an office as a support extraordinaire.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
