We will provide you with a full range of customized consulting services to understand client’s needs and design the most suitable plan for clients through one-on-one VIP service that guarantees a clear and smooth petition process and content.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to company senior management.
- Provide direct representation to clients and oversee the provision of immigration legal services, including the provision of legal advice on eligibility, revision of application documentation, and on-going case management.
- Elicit information from clients and develop comprehensive strategies for each case.
- Draft, review, revise contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensures company comply with laws and guidelines related to their business or other activities.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the bar of any state in the U.S. as a member in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration.
- Proven experience of representing clients in affirmative benefits applications to USCIS.
- Knowledge and experience of contract law.
- Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English highly preferred.
