What you'll do: As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct interviews on a wide variety of topics. You will conduct telephone interviews using a CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) System. You will interact with survey respondents in a polite and professional manner. You will participate in ongoing development through initial basic interviewer training, survey monitoring feedback, and other training programs.
Work from home or safely on-site.
On-site availability is subject to limitations due to capacity and safe work policies.
Never any Sales or Collections.
Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking both English and either, Chinese (Mandarin), Tagalog, Filipino, and/or Vietnamese.
- Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
- Basic understanding of good customer service

Experience:
No experience necessary. Paid Training provided.
Open to applicants under 18 years of age provided it is legally allowed for the job and location.
Schedules Available:
Evening and weekend hours available
Choose your own schedule (15-40 hours per week).
Pay: $10 per hour
Bilingual interviewers can choose a premium rate of $10.50/hr for Fixed schedules. Or
Bilingual interviewers can choose a base $9.50 + commission with premium pay up to $14 for Flex schedules.
One weekend shift (Sat or Sun) required
