Carlson is one of the largest retail cleaning companies in the Upper Midwest. We maintain over 240 properties in 8 states. Our headquarters is in White Bear Lake, MN, a northeast suburb of Saint Paul. We are looking for a Bilingual Account Represenative to assist in managing multiple jobs in our Twin Cities territory. This position may require travel within the metro area (vehicle will be provided). Must be bilingual in both Spanish and English.

Position duties will include:
- Provide high level of customer service and account management to stores in an assigned customer portfolio
- Responsible for assisting in the management of internal work order system
- Complete site visits as needed
- Assist in ordering supplies and other commodities needed to service customer accounts
- Cross train with other internal Operations staff and other admin staff to provide support as needed
- Assists with operational communications to managers and customers
- Regularly communicates in both English and Spanish
Job Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
- Prefer experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
