We are looking for Benefits Specialist to join our growing team! If you are the right fit for us, you are people-oriented and enjoy being on the phone making a high volume of outbound calls (NO COLD CALLING!). As a Benefits Advisor, you will provide support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You take care of the potential clients and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship.

• Pay ranges from $53,000- $87,000 (DOP/DOE).

An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communication skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
