Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking an Insurance Producer to join our Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty teams in Milwaukee, WI!
The Sales Producer is responsible for promoting the sale of new and renewal business, providing a source of insurance expertise to clients, and assisting in the growth and profitability of the department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-
Pursue new client and prospect opportunities in Employee Benefits, and Property/Casualty insurance as applicable.

Building relationships and brand recognition for Brown & Brown in the Milwaukee region.

Networking with other sales, financial, legal, and HR professionals.
-
Bringing new client opportunities to closure.
-
Maintaining client relationships for account renewals and continuous growth.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-
3+ years’ experience in B2B Insurance Sales, and/or related experience
-
Active WI Producer License (or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment)

Currently networked and familiar with the Milwaukee, WI area
-
Entrepreneurial and driven individual that’s motivated to build a book of business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Exceptional customer service skills

AMS360 experience / ImageRight preferred
