Benefits Call Center Representative
Position will be on-site in Tempe, AZ
Excellent benefits and team atmosphere
$17/hr.
Shift will be between 4:55AM to 3:15PM Mon-Friday, some overtime required

Requirements
We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service and or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED or college degree
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
