Job description

The benefits administrator is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability.

Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors, plant locations and HRIS system to correct errors and verify data.
  • Work with site HR on intranet system and COBRA processing.
  • Processing enrollment, status changes and terminations in ADP WFN.
  • Responsible for benefit material supplies and shipping to all US locations.
  • Manage the Office Supplies on a regular basis.
  • Support during Open Enrollment.
  • Process of payroll as needed for a plant location.
  • Perform other duties as needed by the benefits department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years Human Resources / Benefits experience.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems.
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now benefits and payroll processing.
  • Previous experience with COBRA processing.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department and across the organization.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
