Belter’s in Plymouth, MN | $25.00/Hour
Our Belter’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 07:00 am until 03:30 pm This job is a Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $25.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Belter Duties and Responsibilities –
- Utilization of Hydraulic presses, molding, and heating and cooling elements for rubber conveyer belts
- Once hired on you will create conveyer belts typically used in food production facilities
- Detect and report defective equipment and any improper operations or unusual conditions.
- Mechanical inclination and machine operation
- Self-motivation
- Consistent attendance and dependability
- Ability to comprehend basic math skills
- High attention to detail
Belter Requirements and Qualifications –
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-year minimum experience in mechanically inclined roles, machine operation, experience with tools.
- 1 year minimum in role that requires moderate to strong math skills
