Complete Therapies L.L.C. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. We are looking for energetic and motivated Behavior Analysts who want to have a positive impact on the lives of children and adults. Description of the job:

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hours: Contract Position. Flexible hours available

Salary: Very competitive hourly rate and based on experience

Hiring Bonus: Get USD 700 when working for Southwestern Music Therapy, L.L.C. Apply Terms and Conditions.

Facility: Behavior Analyst will provide in-home and facility-based Behavioral support. Reliable transportation is a must.

Areas: Dallas, TX.

We are also looking for therapists to cover: Little Elm, Plano, Frisco, and Carrollton areas and/or Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area (Aledo, Grandview, S. Ft. Worth, Stephenville, Burleson, Mesquite, McKinney, Garland) Houston, Austin, El Paso, Wichita Falls, and San Antonio.

Position requirements include but are not limited to:

• Provide therapy in in-home and facility-based settings
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Documentation of visits and quarterly reports
• Establish contact with patients to schedule service
• Management of 2 or more software to input your visits

· Emphasis on improving a client’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning, as well as helping clients, overcome barriers to independence and leisure.

Qualifications:

You can provide behavioral support if you are: A psychologist licensed in accordance with the TOC, Chapter 501 or provisional license holder licensed in accordance with the TOC, Chapter 501 or licensed psychological associate in accordance with the TOC Chapter 501; or licensed clinical social worker in accordance with the TOC Chapter 505 or licensed professional counselor licensed in accordance with TOC Chapter 503; or a Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., and have received training in behavioral support or have experience in providing behavioral support.

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst or sitting for exam
• CPR – Trainings: ANE & DFPS (We can provide you with the information needed)
• Dependable and disciplined, yet flexible
• Caring and patient personality
• Covid vaccination preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A passion for teamwork, collaboration and growth
• Skills/techniques required: Reinforcement, Shaping, Chaining, Modeling, Prompting, Fading, Discrimination learning, Task analysis using teaching formats such as discrete trial teaching, teaching language, treating challenging behavior, teaching daily living skills and increasing skill acquisition in other developmental areas.
• Client Population: Complete Therapies offers behavioral Therapy to children and adults With Autism, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder), OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
