Superseding all standards of care and considering the needs of those receiving our services, the programs we offer are designed to improve patients’ lives by effectively treating any existing mental health concerns or co-occurring drug addiction.

Essential Functions as a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA):

• Participate in therapeutic, rehabilitation or recreational group activities with patient.
• Participate in treatment programs.
• Assist patients in achieving and maintaining care goals.
• Help with admitting and discharging patients.
• Monitor physical and emotional well-being of patient and report unusual behavior.
• Prepare and maintain records of progress and services performed.
• Encourage patient to participate in social, recreational, or other therapeutic activities that enhance interpersonal skills or develop social relationships.
• Teach strategies to promote client wellness and independence.
• Lead or co-lead individual or group sessions as part of specific recreational or therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare treatment or recreation areas, such as setting up therapy equipment, transport patients/help them move to or from a therapy area. Clean activity or treatment areas and equipment.
• May include driving of facility motor vehicle or coordinating transportation with an appropriate staff member.

Available Shifts:

We have flexible hours for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility:

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM -11:30 PM

Additional Education & Training:

• Training provided for CPR, MANDT de-escalation/restraint certification and First Aid.
• Paid Training

Your Skills and Qualifications as a BHA:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred, not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
