**NOW HIRING**

Now hiring qualified candidates for Behavioral Consultants (BC) in our IBHS wraparound department. Centerville Clinics is now looking for upbeat people who want to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and young adults. The BC collaborates with other members of the treatment team, designs and directs the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan. The BC identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques, and recommends non-aversive behavioral change methods. Services are provided in the home, school, daycare, or other community setting. The BC typically serves as a consultant to the MT and BHT. While maintaining some direct contact with the child and family, the BC provides assessment, program design and monitoring rather than direct therapy. The BC is expected to participate in required meetings. The BC is also expected to complete time sheets, weekly itinerary, daily progress notes, service encounter forms, supervision forms, and any other necessary documentation.

Qualifications include:

  • Licensed Doctoral level psychologist; or
  • Licensed Clinical psychologist; or
  • BCBA certification; or
  • D. Licensed mental health professional, including licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed social worker, or licensed behavior specialist; or
  • Persons with a graduate-master level mental health degree with documented training in the field of behavioral modification or supervised by a licensed psychologist; or
  • Must be a graduate-master level degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field such as psychology, mental health counseling or social work; or
  • Must be a graduate degree from an accredited college or university with at least 50% of the graduate-master level coursework specific to the mental health field (minimum of 12 advanced graduate-master level mental health credits) and include a clinical mental health practicum or internship.
  • Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances
