Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive Agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is a well established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services for hundreds of schools and thousands of children. We are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality and to improve the lives of the children we support! IN SCHOOLS FT Behavior Support / BII / Behavior Interventionist!
IECP is currently hiring full time and part time Behaviorists located for schools throughout the Great Los Angeles Area.
Requirements for the position of Behavioral Therapist at IECP include:
- Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
- A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
- Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (preferred but NOT required), TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for this position.

Salary for Behavioral Therapist jobs at IECP range from $18.00 - $26.50/hour. Max start pay is $22.00/hour, depending on your previous education and experience. Opportunity for quarterly increase in pay, based on completion and competency in company provided training.
