We are hiring entry level Behavior Technicians
In our center-based setting, the Behavior Technician will provide direct teaching and behavioral support to individuals with unique learning needs and will work 1:1 with a child with special needs under the close supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

How will I know if my experience is a good fit?
Do you . . .
- Have experience in a field of study related to human services (education, psychology, communication disorders, sociology, or other) and/or have experience working with children with disabilities. ABA experience is not required, but preferred.
- Are you punctual and reliable?
- Are you creative, animated, and can make learning fun while sticking to procedures.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Education, Psychology, or Associate's Degree in related field preferred. High school diploma required.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on RBT certification with experience and references or related advanced degree. Performance based increases and advancement opportunities are provided.

- Monday to Friday; 7:30am -3:30pm
- 8 hour shift
