20 hours per week (plus drive time between clients on Fridays)
Mondays-Thursdays 9am-1pm Kaysville
Fridays 9-1pm North Ogden and 2-5pm Farr West

Achieving Abilities, LLC. is seeking amazing Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Must be willing to work through the summer and into the next school year to be able to establish great working relationships with clients and bring them the consistency they desperately need.
What does a BT/RBT do?
- Implement home programs utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism.
- Work one-on-one with wonderful kids
- Data collection
- Cooperatively work with BCBA, team members, and parents
We are looking for those that can start immediately!!!
**Please note: If you are not already an RBT you will start as a Behavior Technician (BT). Your training rate will be $14 an hour and your starting BT direct rate will be $15 an hour. The transition from BT to RBT usually takes about 1 month depending on your availability and work ethic. When you become an RBT, receive your certificate, and NPI you will automatically go up to $16 an hour for direct hours.
We also pay $10 an hour for drive time at all positions!!
If you are already an RBT you can make up to $18 an hour!
