We are seeking a Behavior Interventionist to join our team!

This is an Entry-level position (*Paid Training Provided*)

If you have experience in fields related to being a Youth Program Coordinator, Caregiver/Babysitter, Teacher's Assistant, Behavior Technician or other related experience in ABA, we encourage you to apply. Supervisors will provide the support needed with weekly Team Meetings and help with professional development.

Building Block Resolutions is a rapidly growing ABA company that provides innovative individualized approaches to assist children and adolescents impacted by autism. BBR is currently recruiting individuals who have a passion for human service and have a passion for working with children in helping them grow and learn.

ABA therapy helps kiddos increase language and communication skills, to improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics.

We provide services at home, in the community and in the schools.

Responsibilities:

• Help children learn, grow and reach their goals.
• Implement treatment plans to support acquisition of social, communication, academic and daily living skills.
• Assist with assessment and implementation of behavior management plans; record and help analyze data on a daily basis.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated, creative and dependable.
• Show a passion for working with children.
• AA Degree or working towards a BA in psychology, applied behavior analysis, education or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
