Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy bartender to provide raving fan moments for our patrons. The bartender's purpose is to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for our guests. He/She should have expansive knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and a passion for serving others. The bartender should adhere to alcohol safety guidelines and food service safety standards. The bartender must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Ability to multi-task by taking care of both bar guests and service tickets in a timely manner
- Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Upsell call and top shelf liquor brands.
- Complete a beer bottle inventory at the start and close of each shift.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
- Check guest's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Anything else needed or asked upon.
