We are a high end, full-service restaurant located in Hyannis. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in food service industry.
• Knowledge of wine varietals and wine service is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in Massachusetts.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as a team member and carry out wine and food service policies and procedures.
• Restaurant POS experience preferred (a la carte only).
• We will provide ample training for all postitions.

Necessary Knowledge, Ability and Skill:

• Ability to consistently deliver a high quality standard of service with an emphasis on continued improvement.
• General understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Good organizational skills and knowledge of customer service standards.
