Landmark Theatres is the largest national exhibitor of foreign language and independently produced first-run movies in the United States. We are currently hiring a bartendar for our Glenview, IL location, The Glen!

Part-time hours: 10-25/week.

Our employees represent the personality of our theatre, and we are looking for flexible and adaptable staff that possesses an eye for detail and a love of film.

Essential job duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Taking care of our guests efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately taking orders and entering them into our POS system.
• ·Keeping the bar area clean and appropriately stocked.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations regarding alcohol and food service.
• Assisting with food preparation and service.
• Supporting a friendly, guest service-oriented atmosphere with teammates and guests.
• Supporting all aspects of the business operations by consistently providing unsurpassed guest service.
• Committing to a positive attitude and contributing to the team.
• Displaying and cultivating passion for our company as well as the film and beverage communities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Demonstrated the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• The ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong cash handling skills
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• Cultural and environmental compatibility with our theatre and bar, sharing enthusiasm and passion for food and beverage, the cinema, our business, and our company
• The ability and flexibility to meet the needed availability
• Prior bartending experience (required)
