This is NOT a seasonal or short term position, we are looking for those willing to commit to a minimum of 9+ months with Alpha, and a minimum of 20 hours per week/no less than 3 shifts per week.

• Coffee experience is not a prerequisite. We have an extensive training program regardless of experience.

• Must be 18 or older and available to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per week/no less than 3 shifts per week.

• Timeliness and dependability are critical.

• Dress code for work includes no facial piercings (nose piercings OK), no gauges. Tattoos are allowed but should not be distracting.

Work Location: Looking for team members for Cottonwood Heights and West Jordan locations currently and will be opening downtown SLC location within 3 months for potential transfers.

Training for all locations will be held at our West Jordan and Big Cottonwood Canyon Locations.
