Job description
We are an organic bakery and pizza shop, offering naturally leavened dough using regional and sustainably grown grains. We bake our breads and pastries fresh daily at our offsite bakery/commissary space after a long, slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. We serve organic espresso by Canyon Coffee. We are open for breakfast at 7am and continue with lunch & dinner from 11-8pm.
Potential candidate should be able to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. You will need to learn our bakery program and being able to communicate that with guests. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
