Job Title: Barista

Job Summary: We are looking for a Barista to join our team and provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. The ideal candidate will ensure that the store is clean and well-stocked, and customers are having a fun and enjoyable experience.

Full Pay Compensation: $11.00-$18.00 an hour with tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages in accordance with established service standards (i.e., coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)
• Maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary to the Store Manager
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
• Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
