The Barista’s core purpose is to deliver Misericordia Hearts & Flour Bakery and Café’s commitment to craft by preparing bar drinks and beverages and sharing their deep coffee knowledge with guests. Baristas work quickly and efficiently and take time to make genuine connections with our customers.
Q ualifications:
- Full or part-time
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- One year experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor with a passion for excellent customer service, quality product, and a drive to learn and improve
- Enjoy working in a team environment with a broad range of skill sets
Job Description:
