WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A BARISTA:

• Greet Arivo employees in a friendly manner.

• Preparing and serving beverages.

• Answering questions about menu items.

• Keeping the service counter clean and sanitized.

• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.

• Ensure that self serve kiosks are operating properly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant front of house

• Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred

• Must possess, or willing to obtain, a valid food handler permit from Salt Lake County and/or a ServSafe certificate in food safety.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to create effective working relationships with employees and customers.

• Understand and follow oral and written directions.

• Ability to operate cafeteria equipment, cash register, kitchen equipment, computer and assigned software

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
