Position: Barista
Reports To: Tommy’s Folly Café Manager

Position Overview: * Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.

These duties may be described as, but not limited to: *
- Greet customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Use Register/POS system. Take money for purchases and give correct change.
- Assist with stocking coffee shop area.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining area.
- Answer questions from customers on products.
- Support with answering telephone in a professional manner.
- Barista responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: *
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good grammar, voice, and diction.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).

Minimum Qualifications: *
- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years in a customer service position.
