The Bar Attendant/Bar-back provides support for the Bartender and Servers, ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and guests’ food and beverage needs are met. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. This position pays $9.50/hr + tip-out from bartenders/servers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintaining Bar Cleanliness
• Preparing Garnishes
• Ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Be familiar beverage and menu items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
