To properly and accurately setup and service group meetings, reception, buffet and plated banquet function, resort owner functions and Line/In House timeshare Sales F&B supports operation s including off-site catering. By performing the following duties.

DUTIES:

• Buffet and drink stations to be presented in a professional manner and maintained throughout function
• Perform duties as assigned during onsite/offsite banquet function shift including decorating, setting up equipment, polishing silver , packing trucks, setting dinner tables, buttes and port a bars and other
• Compliance to department standard operating procedural manual to include; service, standards, cash/check handling procedures, menu interpretation, safety and security, stocking and requisitioning
• Required to conform to approved/posted weekly department schedule
• Follow time clock in/out procedures
• Conformance to Government and Company Safety, Security and sanitation requirements
• Attend mandatory Training Information meetings
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Adherence to Beverage controls per company and department policies
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent manner
• Maintain required department record with accuracy
• Proper use of hand and serving trays
• Conform to serving alcohol with care per state/company department guidelines
• Follow department Guest Service Etiquette
• Follow department phone etiquette
• Presents menu to guest responds to menu item inquiries in professional and accurate manner
• Takes guest orders following department guidelines
