We are seeking an experienced banquet servers with a dynamic hospitality driven attitude to join our food & beverage team.

For nearly 100 years Monterey Peninsula Country Club has catered to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members and more than 250 employees. Our employees are our key to success and overwhelming member satisfaction.

As a banquet server at Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to:

• Ensure that members and guests receive all food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Know the method of preparation, major ingredients, portion sizes, preparation time, quality standards, taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, garnish and method of presentation for all menu items.
• Ensure that side stations are maintained and organized at all times.
• Assist with customer flow and bill payment while maintaining member and guest goodwill.
• Help maximize the number of customers served and limit delays in seating members and guests.
• Assist all other personnel in setting and clearing rooms for upcoming events.
• Ensure all services to members are provided in a highly professional and efficient manner with strong attention to detail.

What we will need from you:

• One to two years previous food service/banquet service experience.
• A great attitude and commitment to providing amazing hospitality.
• The ability to multitask, produce accurate work, be flexible and have fun.

• Valid work authorization for the United States
