The Investment Banking provides sector expertise and strategy advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting, and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.
