Support the NYB/CIB CCO with the coverage of the Bank Regulatory Compliance Program, including:
- Advising NYB/CIB businesses on the requirements of applicable bank regulations
- Performing risk assessments
- Drafting bank regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Developing and conducting training on bank regulatory compliance issues
- Following developments in banking laws, regulations, etc.
- Supervising bank regulatory compliance monitoring activities
- Conducting testing (Deep Dive Reviews)
- Working on special bank regulatory compliance projects and analyses from both a 1st LoD and a 2nd LoD perspective
- Mentoring a junior staff member

Bank Regulatory Compliance Group is looking for someone to join our globally distributed team who is proactive, engaged, and enthusiastic.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Bank Regulatory Compliance Officer or Banking Agency examiner with experience implementing compliance programs or equivalent experience
- Proven understanding of Federal Reserve Board and New York State Department of Financial Services regulations related to enterprise compliance issues, loans or deposits, banking products
- General business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Undergraduate degree; juris doctorate degree highly preferred
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives
The salary range, if this role is being hired in New York City, is $125,000- $160,000 annually, based on various factors such as experience, education, skills, internal and external market data, etc.
