Summary:

We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Dishwasher who will assist with the daily operations of the Banditos kitchen!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Cleaning and maintaining the sanitation of all the restaurant’s dishes and other washable items

· Assisting the KM in any way required, including putting away orders and maintaining organization of shelves

· Cleaning floors and restrooms before, during, and after service

· Removing trash from stations and taking it to dumpsters that may be on or off site

· Maintaining all equipment to the highest standards

· Punctuality and precision in the kitchen

· Follow all health guidelines regarding hot and cold holding, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen

· Must have a passion for cooking

· Desire to excel beyond being just a line cook

· Positive attitude

· Motivated to work within a team environment

· Hold your teammates accountable for high standards

· Reliable transportation
