Rise Bagel Co. is seeking a friendly, hard-working and dependable BAKER to work at our North Loop shop. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door at a new food start-up, wear many hats and play a critical role in building something meaningful from the ground up. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and bake goods while ensuring high quality and safety standards
• Operate commercial machinery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
• Operate quickly in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Assist teammates and work together to collectively execute all tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to follow recipes and directions
• Strong attention to detail in product quality and consistency
• Efficient and clean work style
• Great ability to manage time productively
• Openness to learning, coaching and development
• Ability to work in standing position for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends required
• Reliability to arrive to early morning shifts on time
