Starting pay is between $14-15.50/hr ($11/hr+ average tips of $3-4.5/hr)

Morning Shift: 5am to 3pm

Day Shift: 8am to 6pm

Night Shift: 3pm to 1am

We are looking for fun, vibrant, positive people who will be part of bringing the world’s best cookies to the Canton community!

Duties include mixing dough, making frosting, baking and decorating a lot of cookies, keeping the store clean, and interacting with customers and taking orders.

Will train the right person who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way and wants to be part of our successful team!

Position Specific Requirements:

• Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers, blenders, large ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payment
• Communicates inventory, production levels and delivery orders to leadership
• Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success

Operations:

• Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-11PM / Friday-Saturday 5AM-1AM
• Weekend availability required

About Crumbl Cookies

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO).
After developing the perfect recipe, the duo and their family opened Crumbl’s first store in Logan, Utah in 2017 while Sawyer was attending Utah State University.
