Position Title: Bagger Operator
Department: Wrap
Reports to: Production Supervisor and Lead Person

Job Summary: *
It is the responsibility of the bagger operator to properly operate the baggers and assure coding is accurate.

Assure only safe, legal, authentic, excellent quality products are made and distributed.

Primary Job Duties: *

• Make sure you check dough sheet to know proper sequence of product so you can prepare.
• Get proper bags needed.
• Record lot #s of bags used.
• Check for proper operation of baggers and call for help if baggers not operating properly.
• Communicates any issues to the proper Supervisor or Manager.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead Person.
• Safety:
• Maintains safe working environment for all employees/contractors.
• Promotes safety in all areas of operations.
• Sanitation:
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
• Follows proper G. M. P.s at all times.

Essential Job Functions/Requirements: *
Experience: none needed
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a general knowledge of how machinery works.
• Must have good hand / eye coordination.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to keep up with machine speed through repetitive motion.
• Must be able to perform all duties so as not to produce damage.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance. Up to
• Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours per day.
• Must be physically capable of moving to all areas of the plant.
• Must be able to view product and determine adherence to quality control standards including size, shape, color, cut, etc.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and practice necessary safety procedures, signs, etc.
• Must be able to read and comprehend production schedule.
